We are seeking a Financial Planning Coordinator for one of our Plymouth based clients. As a key member of the team, you will provide support to Financial Planners by managing client interactions, administer client files, and coordinate effectively with product providers.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Develop meaningful relationships with clients.
* Accurately input and maintain client information in Intelliflo Office.
* Communicate effectively with product providers and internal stakeholders to support financial planning implementation.
* Collaborate with Financial Planners to ensure the delivery of outstanding client experiences.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Adhere to procesess and help improve quality.
Essential Experience and Attributes Required:
* Experience as an administrator in the financial services sector.
* Confident communicator with clients and providers.
* Exposure to financial planning software.
* Delivering outstanding client services.
