Job Title: Secondary Science Tutor Location: South East England, Surrey, Redhill Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 per hour Job Duties: Provide high-quality tutoring in Secondary Science subjects Create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance Required Qualifications: Degree in Science-related field Experience working with secondary school students Demonstrated knowledge of the UK secondary school curriculum Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or related field Experience: Previous experience working with secondary school students Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of Secondary Science subjects Ability to differentiate teaching methods to suit individual student needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Working Conditions: Part-time hours, temporary position Work in a secondary school setting Collaborate with other teaching staff and support personnel All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
