Job Duties:
* Provide tutoring in English and Maths subjects at GCSE level
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties
* Develop individualised learning plans based on student assessments
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs
* Knowledge of the GCSE curriculum in English and Maths
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of SEMH and its impact on learning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
* Proficiency in using educational technology
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work closely with students in their homes, in a one-on-one setting
* Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
