About the role
We are seeking a passionate, experienced and dedicated nurse. As a registered nurse you will need to support the manager and other senior team members in all aspects of the home’s management and service provision. Working within policy guidelines ensuring that all relevant legislation, the organisation’s Policies and Procedures and Codes of Practices are adhered to.
To lead the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care.
To lead the clinical nursing work and staff management in the designated area of responsibility.
To help maintain in the home the atmosphere and practice of care based on MHA’s Values deriving from a concern for the individual and mutual respect between residents and staff.
