Job Description The Product Manager will be responsible for managing a set of software products from ideation through to sale within our Health Division. You will be extremely customer focused in all that you do. Our technology is all about improvement – and if you have experience in managing products that improve healthcare – this role is for you. What you will do - why you will love this role: Be the voice of our customers - consult and coordinate/undertake research to understand what their needs are now and will be in the future. Listen to feedback Research the competitive landscape across Healthcare to develop propositions unique and competitive to the marketplace Strive to continually improve the customer experience Define the products, maximising revenue opportunities Take ownership of the pricing model for each solution Assist with bid responses and other procurement activities Serve as a subject matter expert for questions and queries that may arise internally or externally Create a roadmap to execute product strategy Run user groups, liaise with relevant agencies, professional bodies and policy units Define and manage the scope and relative priorities of projects Create detailed functionality documentation to support product training, sales collateral and marketing campaigns Work in collaboration with clinical teams, digital leads and user communities to convert accurate user stories into product features and enhancements What will enable you to succeed in this rol e A passion for improving services for the public Flexibility - you will wear many hats in this role so you must be able to adapt to changing priorities and a great variety of work Strong decision making - you will be able to make tough decisions in the best interests of the product, customer and company.
