We are looking for customer service advisors for a car dealership. You must come from a manufacturing or automotive background.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Utilising workshop loading and ensuring it is up to date.
3. Regularly and proactively keeping customers up to date with progress on their vehicle.
4. Booking in vehicles, ensuring appointments are convenient for the customer and department, in line with workshop capacity.
5. Identifying customer requirements and, where possible, supplying an accurate fully inclusive costing.
6. Producing accurate job cards, invoices, estimates, and related information.
7. Providing customers with full explanations of work carried out, making the most of any additional selling opportunities.
8. Producing warranty job cards in line with the manufacturers' policy and procedures.
9. Accurately recording all work requirements and identifying retail, warranty, internal, and non-chargeable repairs.
10. Liaising with the Parts Department to ensure availability of parts.
Salary and Hours:
£30,000 per annum
42.5 hours: 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. Alternate Saturdays 08:00 to 13:00.
