Job Description: North Coast Design Build is currently seeking a student in his/her senior year of Civil Engineering or Construction Management or an individual that has obtained a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree for a Construction Coordinator/Project Engineer position for our Sheffield Lake, Ohio office.

Responsibilities:
* Assisting project managers or field supervisors with project coordination
* Reviewing subcontractor change orders
* Estimating cost for change orders, and Follow-up on all change orders and returns/credits
* Soliciting bidders
* Scheduling of various material deliveries
* Document control
* Coordination of subcontractors
* Review of field documentation
* Participation in team/owner meetings
* Writing RFI’s
* Foster positive relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, end users and Project Managers
Qualifications:
* Graduating with a construction management, civil engineering or other related field of study
* Minimal travel required
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent oral and written communication
* Proficient in Microsoft products
* Ability to prioritize work and meet project deadlines
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies
* Strong work ethic – Highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
