Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful and forward thinking fenestration manufacturer who are looking to employ an experienced customer service manager. The right candidate will have current or previous experience working within a similar role within the window and door industry.
The role:
* Organise repairs and remediation after our windows & doors
* Identify issues which need attention
* Gain a greater understanding of the nature of the problem and how to resolve them
* Order appropriate replacement parts
* Manage and arrange for an engineer to attend the property/site to make repairs
* Training will be given where needed
The candidate:
* Have current experience working with a customer service management within a manufacturing environment
* Experience managing a team
* Be technical minded (advantage)
* Be able to think on your feet and de-escalate issues promptly
* Have excellent communication and customer service skills
* Must currently reside in the UK
* Have excellent organisational skills
