We are looking for an enthusiastic Practice Consultant to join the Duty Team. A qualified Social Worker with at least two year's post-qualifying experience, you will have the ability to work under pressure; have strong organisational skills; be passionate about making a difference; and ready to embrace change. You will have the ability to provide the specialist knowledge needed to support the management of complex cases, including safeguarding. Approachable, you will support our team of Assistant Practitioners, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists taking an active role in their practice development, supervision and wellbeing support. You will take a lead role in the operations of the team including managing workflow and providing casework consultations. You will be expected to ensure practice is legally and procedurally compliant. Working collaboratively with partners and providers is key to this role as is the development of staff at all levels. Our priorities include developing team and individual performance; delivering person-centred outcomes based on strengths-based practice; and promoting NCC priorities like Living Well and better integrated care.
