Softcat are embarking on a multi-year Sales system replacement programme and are currently in the system selection stage. We require a Business Systems Analyst to take responsibility for gathering, analysing, documenting, and managing business requirements through the full lifecycle of programme, from initial scoping through to detailed requirements during the build and test stages.

This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party partners. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with business stakeholders to elicit and document their Sales/CRM requirements
* Creating clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs).
* Analysing and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectives.
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
We'd love you to have
* Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst
* Been involved in the implementation of Customer relationship management experience (CRM)
* Lead to Opportunity including opportunity management, account and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, bid/tender management
* Multinational implementations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, languages etc
