Through our new external partnership, we now have a powerful data dashboard at our fingertips, but it’s what we do with this data that truly matters. That’s where you come in. You’ll be at the heart of our brand tracking efforts, working with this new platform to analyse data on brand awareness, consideration, and performance. It’ll be your role to interpret these insights, identify trends, and share findings that will shape our brand strategy and inform marketing decisions. In addition to tracking our own brand performance, you’ll also become our in-house expert on competitor activity, keeping us informed about trends, news stories, and media campaigns across the industry. You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing and Strategy, providing actionable recommendations that help us stay ahead of the curve and meet our ambitious growth goals. From ad hoc research projects to sector-specific customer surveys, this is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll also collaborate with external research partners and present your findings in a way that’s clear, engaging, and meaningful to a diverse range of stakeholders. This role is known internally as a Brand Insight Analyst.About youYou’re a market research professional who’s a natural when it comes to digging into data, spotting trends, and telling the story behind the numbers. Curious and analytical, you thrive on turning insights into meaningful actions. You’ll bring: Market research experience, either from a client or agency side. Proven ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations that inform strategy and decision-making. Strong knowledge of market research methodologies—both qualitative and quantitative approaches—and their application in real-world scenarios. Data analysis/insights expertise with the ability to identify trends and valuable insights to influence business strategy. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, tailoring insights to different audiences in a clear and engaging way. Collaborative and inquisitive mindset, working effectively across teams and with external suppliers to deliver impactful outcomes. If you hold a qualification in market research, such as MRS, that would be advantageous, however it’s not essential for this role - we’d still love to hear from you if you don’t.
