Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate the implementation of software and systems. Collaborate with IT and relevant teams to ensure seamless system integration. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support. Identify opportunities for process improvements through system enhancements. Analyse data to support process improvement initiatives. Recommend and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure system accuracy and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data. Experience and Skills Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous. Proven experience in accounting systems management and project coordination. Strong knowledge of accounting processes and software. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
