Responsibilities
* You will conduct daily visits to potential clients' homes within a 15-mile radius of your residence to introduce and sell our products.
* We expect you to maintain an impeccable record of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups as part of our commitment to service excellence.
* You will utilise the training provided on our products and sales techniques to effectively communicate benefits and features tailored to each potential client's needs.
* You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets through consistent effort and strategic selling approaches, earning commission on new business acquired above set goals.
* We expect you to manage time efficiently to cover the assigned territory thoroughly between the hours of 2.00pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday, with some seasonal flexibility required.
* You will demonstrate high levels of honesty and integrity in all dealings, representing Lincs Prime Fresh Ltd positively in every interaction.
* You will be diligent in building and nurturing relationships with potential customers, employing the company's tools and procedures to secure long-term business opportunities.
* We expect you to operate both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in identifying new sales opportunities while contributing to collective goals.
Requirements
* You must have your own mode of transportation to reliably reach various work locations within 15 miles of your home.
* You should demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate in clear spoken English, as engaging customers directly is pivotal for this role.
* We expect you to maintain a smart and professional appearance at all times, representing our company's standards in customer interactions.
* You need to possess strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate record-keeping and time management to meet and exceed targets.
* It is essential that you exhibit honesty and diligence in building new customer relationships, leveraging the tools and procedures provided by us.
* You are required to be literate and numerate, capable of handling sales transactions and maintaining precise records.
* You should have a talent for initiating and developing working relationships, both with potential customers and as a supportive team member.
* Flexibility in working hours is necessary, with the understanding that typical work hours are approximately from 2:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday.
