MS Dynamics Project Manager – CRM & Digital Transformation – FTC
Our client is looking for a Project Manager with expertise in CRM & Digital Transformation. The role ensures alignment with the strategic objectives and involves overseeing a CRM project, managing resources, budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful stakeholder communication and engagement.
Fixed Term Contract – 18 Months
Hybrid working – 3 days on site
During the project management stages, you will ensure tight integration with the Systems, Networks, Desktop, CIS support/Dev, and Service Desk teams. The project manager will lead the CRM programme of works across the enterprise as part of the broader Digital Transformation Programme. You will need to guide your programme through the complete life cycle, including evaluating high-level needs against strategic aims, designing the programme in collaboration with senior stakeholders, managing risks and issues, and transitioning to BAU service.

* Design the programme in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

* Ensure transition to BAU service.
Minimum Requirements:
* University degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field and/or 3 years experience in a Project management role.
* Prince2, Agile, PMP, MSP, or equivalent project management certification.
* ITIL v3 foundation.
* Agile Project Management Practitioner.
* Prince2 Practitioner level.
* Understanding of the benefits of a formal project methodology and the full project management lifecycle.
* Previous experience delivering a CRM programme, preferably MS Dynamics.
* Proficient in project management software tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, creating dashboards).
* Knowledge of translating business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and programme objectives, particularly in CRM integration and systems delivery.
* ITIL implementation awareness.
* Knowledge of managing services KPIs and SLAs.
* Knowledge of organisational design principles, contributing to the structural alignment of the CRM programme.
This role is 3 days onsite per week based in Luton.
