The role To be an integral part of the Titan Corporate Benefits Client Support Team, providing exceptional service by ensuring all customers are handled professionally and efficiently. This includes the precise processing of new Group Risk and Healthcare schemes and the review and market assessment of existing schemes. Job Responsibilities Scheme Management: Support Corporate Consultants in preparing new Group Risk and Healthcare schemes and maintaining existing ones, ensuring they meet all requirements. Collate and manage data while liaising closely with Providers, Employers, and Payroll Companies. Assist Corporate Consultants with completing Governance on an annual basis for both Group Risk and Healthcare schemes. Service Delivery: Deliver a customer-focused, target-driven service to clients and internal stakeholders within agreed SLAs. Respond promptly and efficiently to all telephone and email enquiries from clients and providers. Healthcare Scheme Support: Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Healthcare schemes, including Private Medical Insurance (PMI), Dental, and Wellness programs. Support governance and compliance requirements specific to Healthcare offerings. Liaise with healthcare providers for updates, renewals, and addressing scheme queries. Group Risk Scheme Support: Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Group Risk schemes, including Group Income Protection, Group Life Insurance and other risk benefits. Support governance and compliance requirements specific to Group Risk offerings. Liaise with group risk providers for claims, renewals and addressing scheme queries. File and System Management: Maintain accurate and timely updates to electronic client files in IO, adhering to established standards and processes. Ensure income is invoiced, recorded, and matched accurately within the system. Chase outstanding debts and liaise closely with the Finance team. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all regulatory obligations and dependent processes are adhered to. Comply with compliance policies and keep updated on relevant legislative or product changes within the marketplace. Stakeholder Engagement: Build effective, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Interact frequently with advisers and client support teams to deliver excellent customer service. Liaise with product providers as necessary, following up as often as required. Development and Additional Tasks: Engage in training and development opportunities as applicable. Perform ad hoc tasks as required, prioritizing TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) and the needs of the business. Job Requirements Experience in corporate benefits administration, particularly in Group Risk and Healthcare insurance. Familiarity with IT systems that support Group Risk and Healthcare services. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good decision-making capabilities.
