We live and breathe home brands, and successfully sell many of the UK’s most recognised collections from brands including: Orla Kiely, Cath Kidston, Relyon, Rapport Home, Catherine Lansfield, Voyage Maison, and Bianca.
We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our growing team. You will be passionate about eCommerce and business. Your task will be to run the office end to end, whilst continuing to grow the business. Your role will include (but not be limited to):
1. Management of our eCommerce office, Marketplace platforms and own website.
2. Managing, supporting and developing our operations team of 3.
3. Ensuring product listings are efficient, best practice, and updated regularly.
4. Growth and development of website, using best practice SEO, Google analytics, PPC etc.
5. Continually looking for operational efficiencies and new product and revenue streams.
6. Stock monitoring, and the construction of stock offers and incentives.
7. Supplier liaison to ensure accurate information, image, brand and operational relationships.
8. Lead all new mission critical projects.
9. Be the contact point for internal and external stakeholders for E-Commerce.
10. Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting and analysis.
11. Competitor and pricing analysis.
12. Identifying new marketplaces and revenue streams and managing the process through to launch.
13. Continuous learning and development across key platforms to remain a specialist.
What you will need:
1. Obsession about growth and increase revenues.
2. Experience in using CRM systems, with experience in Linnworks being a distinct advantage.
3. At least 2 years of experience in managing marketplaces like Amazon, Amazon Vendor, Ebay etc.
4. The ability to manipulate large data sets to provide analysis, reporting, performance monitoring and insights.
5. Process orientated, analytical thinking.
6. Tenacity and inquisitiveness and continually looking for the next revenue stream.
7. High motivation levels, ambition, attention to detail and ready to make your mark.
8. Good educational background with at least ideally to degree standard.
In essence you will be tasked to manage the day to day running of the E-Commerce platforms and be tasked to grow the existing operation and profitability. You will have strong commercial acumen, together with the energy and perseverance to work in a fast paced, continually evolving environment.
