Job Title: Customer Team Leader
Job Summary:
As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and developing your team's capabilities.
Salary and Benefits:
You'll earn £13.65 per hour, plus enjoy a range of benefits, including full, paid training, a pension scheme, and 36 days of holiday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service, often taking ownership of managing the store floor.
* Develop your team's skills through coaching and training.
* Support your Store Manager with various HR processes and deputise when needed.
