The Best Connection Bedford are currently seeking Packing/Assembly Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis for our prestigious client in the MK42 (Kempston) Area.
Details
* Pay Rate £11.44 per hour
* The working hours are 8:00am - 16:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am - 12:00pm Friday
Job Overview
* Carry out final assembly of the grilles and diffusers to company standards ensuring high levels of accuracy prior to dispatch using basic hand tools
* Final inspection of product
* Pack and palletise product ready for dispatch
* Able to work in a fast paced environment with fast changing priorities
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
* Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the company and team members
* Good basic numeracy
* Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
* Experience using power and manual tools
* Ability to use measuring equipment
* Ability to work under pressure when meeting deadlines
* Need to be physically fit and have a “can do” attitude
* Fork Lift licence would be preferable but not essential
