RETAIL MEDIA MANAGER | HIGH WYCOMBE We’re looking for a fabulous Retail Media Manager to join our team and be responsible for enhancing and expanding our retail media offering to support our ambitious incremental revenue growth goals as well as managing the relationships with our retail media partners and communicating results and developments across the business. What You’ll Do Developing the retail media strategy and future proposition for The Perfume Shop. Identifying new opportunities to onboard new suppliers or to expand the proposition. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and retail media partners as appropriate. Being the day-to-day contact for any retail media enquiries both internally and externally. Owning the retail media tech roadmap and supporting in the implementation and testing of enhancements and new developments. Inputting into group reporting spreadsheets and report monthly income and costs and overall performance internally. What You’ll Bring A solid understanding of retail media - previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Previous commercial experience in media and/or sales. Are commercially minded and enjoy strategic thinking. Have genuine enthusiasm to work in a busy retail environment. Are data driven and have a strong grasp of translating data and insight into tangible actions. Have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate, engage and influence others at all levels of the business.
