HCRG Care Group is a flexible-first employer, whilst you will have an office base, our teams are agile and work in flexible/hybrid arrangements We welcome Part-time applications too Main duties of the job Clinical Responsibilities: Conduct developmental paediatric clinics, including assessments for SEND, school medicals, and Looked After Children, ensuring timely and accurate reports. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for assessments, treatment, and follow-ups, including safeguarding activities and case reviews. Liaise with other health professionals to ensure coordinated care and contribute to other Developmental Paediatrics work as required. Professional and Operational Duties: Participate in the supervision, teaching, and training of staff. Contribute to audits, clinical governance, and service development discussions with internal and external agencies. Adhere to infection control policies, confidentiality standards, and professional obligations. Actively engage in personal development and support the development of colleagues. Job Plan: Direct Clinical Care (DCC): Clinical work, administration, safeguarding, peer reviews, and supervision. Supporting Professional Activities (SPA): CPD, audits, teaching, governance, and service improvements. Development and Support: Access facilities and support for CPD, including study leave, to meet professional body requirements. Annual appraisals will cover the full scope of practice. Managerial Structure and Support: Report to the Director of Developmental Paediatrics, with annual job planning and appraisal.
