About the Role
We're looking for a B2B Account Director to lead social-first campaigns for a major home interiors and construction brand. This role blends strategy, creativity, and hands-on execution, requiring someone who can think big, challenge the norm, and drive engagement across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Developing social strategy: Lead the strategic direction for B2B campaigns, ensuring content resonates with key audiences, including painters, decorators, and interior professionals.
2. Driving innovation: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table, elevating social storytelling and campaign effectiveness.
3. End-to-end campaign execution: Oversee social content, working closely with the creative team to deliver impactful and engaging work.
4. Hands-on & strategic balance: A hybrid role where you'll be both executing and leading—you'll need to love doing both!
5. Mentorship & leadership: Potential to manage an Account Manager, supporting their growth while being part of a small, and ego-free team.
What We're Looking For
1. Proven B2B social experience - You get the nuances of B2B marketing and love it! A mix of B2B and B2C experience is great, but B2B passion is a must.
2. Strong strategic mindset - Able to develop high-level social strategies while also rolling up your sleeves to execute.
3. Creative & innovative - You think differently and push the boundaries of traditional social marketing.
4. Platform expertise - Confident working across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to drive engagement and ROI.
5. Collaborative leader - You thrive in non-hierarchical environments where ideas matter more than egos.
6. Industry knowledge - Experience in construction, home building, interiors, or lifestyle marketing is a big plus!
