Knowledge, Training and Experience
Essential Criteria
* CCAB part qualified to intermediate level or educated to degree level in a relevant subject with equivalent experience in finance.
* Good computer literacy and advanced knowledge of complex spreadsheets.
* Experience of improving financial services to budget managers.
* Minimum of two years' experience of financial and accounting procedures.
* Further training or significant experience in financial management.
Desirable Criteria
* Workforce development knowledge and experience.
* Database and SBS experience.
* Previous experience in a similar role in the public sector.

* Clear communicator with excellent writing, report writing, and presentation skills.
