The Early Careers Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring that the company remains competitive in the market. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement early careers recruitment strategies.
Engage with universities and colleges to promote opportunities.
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and career fairs.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand workforce needs.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and effectiveness.
Help to innovate, enhance, and develop our apprentice, graduate and industrial placement programmes
Provide advice, guidance and support to managers and mentors across the business.
Oversee the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account and report on usage of the apprenticeship levy fund.
