We have an excellent part time opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join a prestigious Letchworth based organisation. This is a Part Time permanent role for 3 days a week - 21 hours a week. The role will be office based in Letchworth at least 2 days a week with the possibility of working 1 day at home, working days are 9.00am to 5.00pm. Working within the Property Industry - the main purpose of the role will be to launch programmes, monitor performance metrics and report on the status of key objectives that effect deliverables. Oversee and co-ordinate the Property Team to instruct, manage and report performance - use data to understand operational challenges and create continuous improvement initiatives - work with other departments to identify best practice within the programme and drive progress. This is a new exciting addition to the Property Team and the goal is to unify and coordinate your colleagues into a more streamlined approach to achieve an enhanced performance and optimal outcomes for the company. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and administration of property project programmes ensuring that timelines are followed. Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure they are aligned with project plans - monitoring performance with KPI's. Help in identifying and addressing and scheduling conflicts and resource allocation issues. Maintain organised project documentation ensuring all records are kept up to date. Assist in preparing project status reports. To provide support to the property team including responsibility for collation of data and reporting KPI data from colleagues. To support the Director of Property and wider team in delivering objectives. Support with tracking expenditure to align with budgets. Raise purchase orders and approve invoices with due diligence. Person Specification: Experience with programme coordination or management is essential Ideally experience of working in the Property or Construction industry - but this is not essential. Be strategic, able to multitask and be extremely well organised. Excellent communication skills - able to work well as part of a team. Good all round IT proficiency especially with MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and project tracking software. Problem solving skills and proactive approach.
