Are you a driven and customer focused Telesales Agent with a passion for sales and thrive in a targeted sales environment while delivering exceptional customer service, then this role is for you.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our client's commercial insurance team. You'll be responsible for maximising sales opportunities, generating leads, and booking appointments for the sales team while ensuring customers receive the highest level of service. Based in Ashford with occasional travel to other offices and working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound calls to potential and existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and securing appointments for the sales team.
* Provide outstanding service, ensuring customers' insurance needs are met while adhering to compliance and industry standards.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring all data is up to date and contributes to business development.
* Business Development Support: Assist with sales campaigns, helping to drive call volumes and converting leads into opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
Essential requirements:
* Proven experience in telesales, sales, or an appointment setting role.
* Strong communication skills, confident, professional, and able to build rapport with clients.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* IT proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast paced environment.
* Full UK driving licence and own transport is a must.
Benefits:
* Salary: £23,500/annum.
* Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 with one hour for lunch - 35 hours a week.
