Summary
This job description provides an indication of the proposed role. Initially, you will be assisting two lawyers with residential leasehold property legal work, based in Poole, Dorset.
You may be asked to assist others and carry out other work for these lawyers outside this capacity during your employment as needed.
Duties
1. Answering the phone and making calls, including taking and passing on messages.
2. Copying, printing, scanning.
3. Processing post and Post Office runs.
4. Filing and diary maintenance.
5. Typing tasks including attendance notes, letters, and emails.
6. Ordering searches.
7. File set up and closing.
8. Anti-money laundering and other compliance-related checks.
9. Processing accounts forms.
10. Verifying details of third-party payments.
11. Land Registry applications.
12. Occasional other duties, including arranging meetings, travel, and events management.
