Job summary An exciting opportunity has opened for a Ward Manger to join our team at the Francis Willis Unit. The Francis Willis Unit is a 15 bedded Male Low Secure Unit in Lincoln. It provides assessment, care and treatment for males detained under the mental health act. Referrals are received from Prisons, PICU Acute Wards and the community and from other secure services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in working within the forensic field. We are looking for a talented, motivated Ward Manager to join our service. You must be someone who demonstrates skills and experience of leading teams and can demonstrate an understanding of person centred holistic, recovery focused interventions along with a clear understanding of risk management.
