Working with an established and growing professional services business in the Leeds area, we are looking for a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing HR function.
This opportunity is fully recruitment-focused. Reporting to the Head of HR, the role will be responsible for ensuring a thorough and effective Talent Strategy is created and implemented.
Exact part-time hours to be agreed with the successful candidate, ideally looking for someone 2-3 days a week. The role is hybrid working, approximately 1-2 days in the office on the edge of Leeds, with the other day(s) working from home.
Due to the office location, having your own transport is preferred (and easier) but not necessarily essential (depending on your location).
* Part-time, permanent contract
* Salary FTE £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (will be prorated accordingly)

Responsibilities:
* Strategically attracting, assessing, and hiring high-calibre candidates who align with the organisation's goals, values, and culture
* Partnering with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs
* Delivering an exceptional candidate experience
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines
* Managing end-to-end recruitment process
* Providing regular updates to stakeholders
* Acting as an ambassador for the company’s brand
* Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and data protection regulations
* Conducting all pre-employment checks
* Tracking and analysing recruitment metrics
* Preparing and presenting recruitment reports to HR & senior management
Requirements:
* Previous internal recruitment experience is preferred but general recruitment experience is essential (at least 3 years)
* You must have previous experience in creating, improving, and implementing recruitment processes
* A proactive attitude and eagerness to support the business in providing an exceptional recruitment experience
* Able to use effective sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and social media recruiting
* Savvy regarding using marketing to support candidate attraction
* Understanding of DEI principles
* A keen eye for detail - ensuring all tasks are completed accurately
This is a part-time, permanent role based in the Leeds area (LS25) offering a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 FTE (experience dependent).
