As we continue to grow, we have an exciting role available for an enthusiastic marketeer. As the Segment Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for one of our largest segments - Food & Beverage Manufacture. You will be able to ignite your creativity while using your analytical skills to identify and deliver profitable growth opportunities within a broad product management role. If you like working as part of a team but would like to lead part of the business with a great degree of autonomy, this could be the ideal fit for you.
As the Segment Marketing Manager you will:
* Define, communicate and implement the correct segment / offer / product strategy to deliver a successful go to market for new and existing offers, through research of local segments and their partners, working with Channel and Strategy management, Commercial Sales, and Central Marketing, and the creation / localisation of tailored value propositions, campaigns and sales tools.
* Report on all activities and sales ensuring smart measurement and delivery of an agreed return on investment through well planned and implemented strategy and planning, and management of allocated budget for the segments owned.
* Use strong analytical and segmentation skills to tactically increase market share across agreed segments products / offers / solutions highlighted as part of the business strategy.
* Utilise Product management skills to improve efficiencies, increase margin, etc outside of promotional activities, utilising all of the 7Ps.
* Adhere to the required brand standards and increase brand awareness and presence through knowledge of brand guidelines and ensuring that all communications are exceptional, targeting the correct customers with specific messages of the value, expertise and product quality that Air Products provide.
* Create and implement value-adding digital campaigns.
You will need:
* Proven experience in a B2B Marketing role.
* Experience with planning and execution of multiple omnichannel campaigns.
* Strategic problem solver with a solid business understanding.
* Ability to work at pace under pressure.
* Strong digital marketing skills.
* IT literate.
