Hotel Operations Manager required for a renowned hotel brand located in Wandsworth, London SW18, Salary £45,000 to £50,000 + benefits.
In this role, you will oversee the efficient operation of various departments within a 100-bedroom hotel, including Food and Beverage, Bar Operations, Hotel Recruitment, Guest Services, and Housekeeping. You'll manage a team of five managers, leading by example and providing hands-on support as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Hotel Operations Manager
2. Exceptional communication skills
3. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team and people management
4. A hands-on approach and willingness to provide cover and support in each department as required.
