Finance Manager - IT Consultancy, Managed Service Provider (MSP)
3 days/week onsite in Weybridge
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to lead a team of 4 sales and finance analysts, working for an established technology consultancy based in Weybridge, Surrey.
The role is being offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, hybrid working (up to 3 days per week in Weybridge)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Understand Company's Internal Solutions and Pricing Structure
2. Lead a Team of Four Sales and Finance Analysts
3. Setup Project Profitability Evaluation Processes
4. Analyse Financials for various Projects
5. Provide Expert Guidance on Strategic Planning Matters
6. Actively Engage with Project Managers to Ensure Effective Sales Activities
7. Support Subsidiary Strategy Committee with Project Profit Simulations
8. Train Team Members, Including Creating Job Manuals and Closing Checklists
9. Manage Accounts Receivable and Monitor Payment Collection Process
10. Oversee Timely and Accurate Completion of Monthly Billing
11. Create Various Reports Based on Sales/Profit Information
12. Oversee Cost Process and Accurate Cost Recognition/Accruals
13. Forecast Monthly/Yearly Sales and Profit Plan
14. Collaborate with Other Departments to Resolve Sales-Related Issues
15. Customer and Vendor Contract Management
16. Conduct Internal Audit - ICFR Control Process Review and Evaluation
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Related Field
2. Minimum 5 Years' Experience in Financial Analysis or Similar Role
3. Proven Leadership Experience
4. Strong Analytical Skills with Attention to Detail
5. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
6. (Must have) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and vlookup
7. Experience with ERP Systems (SAP, Salesforce, Etc.)
