AGD Associates is currently hiring for a Wireless Sales Representative to open and upgrade accounts in the Conway area and surrounding suburbs for our telecommunication client.
This is a hybrid role: office work and meetings are done remotely while opening accounts with our customers is done in person.
Previous wireless sales experience is wanted!
Job Description and Responsibilities:
1. Opening accounts for new customers.
2. Attaching additional products and upgrading services to existing accounts.
3. Reaching out to customers based on leads provided by the client.
4. Managing and maintaining great customer rapport in assigned territories.
5. Collaborating with a team to increase sales in the market.
6. Joining daily Zoom meetings to cover campaign strategies and team development.
Compensation Overview:
Commission and weekly bonuses are included.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 1-3 years in people-focused roles.
2. Wireless sales experience is highly preferred but optional.
3. Associate Degree or higher.
4. Experience working in team settings.
Nice to Have:
1. Competency with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
2. Training experience.
