The Technical Service and Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical service operations and providing top-tier support to our international clients. This role involves travelling overseas on a three-month rotational basis to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee technical service operations for international clients during the three-month rotation.
2. Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for clients, resolving complex issues efficiently.
3. Coordinate with local and remote teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
4. Develop and implement service strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
5. Train and mentor local support staff, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge.
6. Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, including incident reports, service requests, and resolutions.
