Are you looking for a new challenge in housing, working with our communities? We are looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Officer to work in Weymouth and the surrounding areas.
What you'll be doing
You'll provide an effective and flexible landlord service to our customers to build communities our customers are proud to live in. With a risk-based approach, you'll manage properties dealing with all aspects of tenancy and estate management.
About you
You will be able to flexibly respond to unplanned situations and you'll be confident to think on your feet to problem solve in the moment. You must be organised and able to manage and prioritise a diverse workload with competing demands. You'll possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work at pace and you will be a proficient user of IT including the Microsoft Office suite.
