Our Client has a requirement for a Business Analyst to undertake the steps to help improve the front door process.
Role specifics:
1. Intake and prioritisation
2. Manage intake of initiatives through front door
3. Clarify business problems, needs, and objectives
4. Initial assessment of alignment with strategic goals and programme roadmap
Requirements:
1. Work with JU, stakeholders and users to document and validate initiatives
2. Identify gaps and risks
3. Engagement with Solutions Development Authority, JU, Stakeholders, Business Change
4. Outcomes, User Journeys, Value streams and Definition of done
5. Support with prioritisation
