We have a new opportunity for an Installer Performance Manager to join our Installer Management Team. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of installers to ensure the effective delivery of energy efficiency works in line with performance targets, SLAs and quality standards. To be successful in this role you will need to be a strong communicator, with the ability to build effective working relationships. As the key relationship manager for a number of installers, you will work collaboratively with them on workload management, performance levels, resolving issues, and providing ongoing training and development support. You will need to be self-motivated to deliver results, while working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure wider business objectives are achieved.
