Payroll & Benefits Manager
£42,000 - £45,000 + Bonus
Tadcaster - hybrid working 2-3 days per week in the office

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a new Payroll & Benefits Manager.
This is a highly successful organisation with excellent culture and values, offering hybrid working options with 2-3 days per week working in the Tadcaster office
In this key role, you will oversee the payroll and benefits administration functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and management of the employee benefits programme. In addition, you will be responsible for managing HR data, reporting, and analytics to support informed decision-making
We are looking for a forward thinking and enthusiastic Payroll Manager with excellent communication and relationship development skills. You'll be equipped with excellent knowledge of UK payroll legislation and ideally previous experience managing / administering employee benefits. Excellent data reporting, analysis and presentation skills are a must along with excellent attention to detail and a customer focused approach.
Excellent payroll systems knowledge and experience is highly desirable and if you have supported a new system implementation that would also be beneficial.
