As part of our long-term strategy to be the best automotive company in the UK, we are looking to recruit talented people to join our Ellesmere Port site as an Advanced Multi Skilled Apprentice in Engineering. This involves a 4-year apprenticeship program at Level 3, with the potential opportunity to progress to Higher Education at Degree level.
Regular attendance at Northwest Training Council will be required as per below:
Year 1 “Off the job” training at college mainly (paid employment)
Years 2, 3 and 4 – “On the job” training with college attendance 1 day per week.
As part of the apprenticeship programme apprentices rotate through each of the maintenance engineering departments within the plant providing them with significant opportunities to expand their operational and technical skills and knowledge.

Essential qualifications
GCSE in:
* Maths (grade B)
* Minimum 5 GCSE's including English and Science (grade A*- C)
