Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify New Business Opportunities:
2. Research and identify new markets, industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
3. Develop and implement strategies to target and acquire new clients in alignment with company growth objectives.
4. Develop and Manage Client Relationships:
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
6. Act as the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and aligning products/services with client needs.
7. Sales and Revenue Growth:
8. Achieve or exceed revenue targets through the successful implementation of business development strategies.
9. Work with the sales team to create proposals, pitch presentations, and close deals that align with client expectations and company profitability goals.
10. Collaborate on Strategy Development:
11. Collaborate with senior management to create and implement business development strategies that drive long-term growth.
12. Contribute to the development of pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies based on client feedback and industry trends.
13. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
14. Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to identify potential opportunities or challenges.
15. Report findings and insights to senior management, suggesting adjustments to the business development strategy as needed.
16. Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
17. Manage multiple projects and coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
18. Drive initiatives that support business expansion, including new product or service launches.
19. Performance Reporting and Analysis:
20. Track, analyze, and report on business development performance, including metrics such as lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
21. Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve results and ensure continuous growth.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role; proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
6. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and a focus on results.
8. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other business tools.
