Description Role Purpose: We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing logistics team. This fast-paced role will suit an individual with previous experience in project management for Global D2C logistics. This role will help Fanatics International to develop our transport services and align internal processes for an enhanced fan experience. Responsibilities: Create detailed project plans to be communicated for project stakeholders Lead project meetings with confidence for internal and external stakeholders Analyse vendor performance using external and internal data such as bulk tracking portals Assist in the set-up of new carrier integrations, shipping services and reporting tools Help to build internal reporting to be communicated throughout the business Help to maintain carrier agreements and run RFPs effectively to ensure the best rates and service from our providers Effectively communicate with multiple origin warehouses weekly Independently leading time-critical logistics projects for a developing team and growing business. Onboarding new and helping to maintain partnerships with existing external vendors. Problem solving & root cause analysis. Process implementation and continuous improvement. Working collaboratively across all teams & departments to include Finance, Technology, Operations and Business Management Essential Knowledge and Experience : Ideally up to 5 years experience in global e-commerce logistics. Previous experiencing leading projects and engaging with senior level stakeholders. Previous experience with external vendor management. Customs experience; freight compliance & documentation, international shipping regulations & requirements all essential. Knowledge of new carrier integrations, including data transfer set up and testing. Competent use of basic software platforms for order / shipment tracking & reporting. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel. Comfortable in a fast-paced business environment. Preferred Knowledge and Experience : Existing project management and continuous improvement qualifications preferred but not essential. Previous experience of contract negotiation would be useful for this role but is not essential.
