Ipswich Borough Council runs and maintains four Cemeteries, a Crematorium and busy Masonry department that has been serving the bereaved since 1855.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time bereavement services officer to join the team assisting with the day to day running of our Cemeteries and busy Crematorium.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, excellent written & verbal communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, able to use their initiative to problem solve with a can-do attitude.
The ideal candidate will be able to remain calm under pressure and be empathetic to sensitive situations.
Hours of work are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This is a full time time role based at 10 Cemetery Lane
