The Head of TMO will be central to ensuring that our transformation journey is cohesive, efficient, and delivers significant value across the business. Role Overview The Delivery Lead – Products and Customer Journey Transformation will report to the Head of Transformation Delivery. This individual will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering a high-profile portfolio of digital transformation initiatives, focusing on customer and commercial benefits. The role involves extensive collaboration with Growth, Product, and Customer Journey teams across multiple brands, as well as working across various time zones and geographies. Key Responsibilities 1. Portfolio Management - Oversee the management of the transformation portfolio within the Growth, Products, and Customer Journey domain, ensuring alignment with Staysure Group’s strategic objectives. - Plan, coordinate, and manage complex cross-functional initiatives to deliver impactful outcomes across the customer journey and product landscape. 2. Programme Delivery - Lead the delivery of high-profile digital transformation programmes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. - Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation to drive successful programme execution and meet performance targets. 3. Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership - Partner with senior leaders, including the Chief Product Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and MD of Technology, to align transformation efforts with business priorities. - Foster a collaborative environment and hold stakeholders accountable to ensure the consistent delivery of objectives. 4. Agile and Digital Expertise - Act as a digital-native leader, partnering with agile product-led teams and technology platform groups to foster an iterative and flexible approach to delivery. - Manage offshore teams and collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions. 5. Change Adoption and Management - Drive full adoption and embedding of delivered changes within business processes, promoting consistent and sustainable ways of working. - Support change management initiatives to maximise benefits realisation and minimise manual workarounds post-delivery. 6. Performance and Continuous Improvement - Promote a high-performance culture, driving accountability and pace within teams and across functions. - Continuously identify and integrate best practices to enhance delivery effectiveness and efficiency. Qualifications - Extensive experience in leading digitally-led transformation portfolios within customer-focused and commercially driven environments. - A proven track record of delivering high-profile digital programmes for leading UK brands. - Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at senior executive levels. - Digital-native, comfortable working with agile product organisations and technology teams. - Experience in managing global and offshore teams, demonstrating cross-cultural and multi-time zone collaboration skills.
