About The Role
We are currently looking for an individual to fulfill a crucial role in our support staff within our highly organised team.
Residential Property
This team works with a variety of individual and corporate residential and commercial clients. Based in our office, you will work closely with our Joint Head of Residential Property.
Legal Support Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms; including sale contracts.
2. Being a first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the team's needs where possible.
3. Supporting the file opening process for the team.
4. Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
5. Filtering client queries, at times being the first point of contact for clients as well as communicating directly with estate agents.
6. Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners.
About You
As a Legal Support Assistant you will have:
1. Sound knowledge of IT systems including full Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
2. Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work, with confident typing abilities.
3. Strong communication and organisation skills.
4. Experience in a client-facing environment would be advantageous.
5. Former experience within a legal/professional services environment would be desirable.
6. Experience in case management systems is preferable but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have existing interest, knowledge, or experience in the property sector. We have the opportunity to hire for this team, to start between January and April, as the team grows.
