This is an exceptional opportunity for someone early in their career, looking to step into a role where they can drive change, bring fresh perspectives, and uncover meaningful insights that shape business decisions. If you have a curious mindset, love problem-solving, and enjoy translating data into impactful narratives, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with a proactive and inquisitive mindset—a natural problem-solver who thrives on uncovering patterns and turning information into actionable insights. You don’t need to tick every technical box, but you do need to be analytically sharp, eager to learn, and comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
You’ll excel in this role if you:
* Are naturally curious and love asking the right questions before diving into solutions.
* Enjoy storytelling through data—you can take complex information and make it accessible and compelling for different audiences.
* Are confident collaborating across teams and engaging with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making.
* Like taking ownership—you're self-motivated, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Research Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s technology strategy by making data work harder and smarter. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting proactive research to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that others may not yet see.
* Transforming complex datasets into clear, compelling insights that drive business decisions.
* Engaging with teams across the business to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic goals.
* Supporting the development of dashboards and reporting tools that enable better decision-making (Power BI experience is a plus, but not essential).
* Helping to enhance data collection, quality, and governance to ensure robust and reliable insights.
* Staying ahead of trends in research and analytics, bringing new ideas and best practices into the business.
Who You Are
If you’re passionate about research and insights and want to make an impact in a fast-moving and supportive environment, this role is for you! We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the UK.
* Has full right to work in the UK (Unfortunately, my client cannot sponsor candidates).
* Has experience working with data and drawing insights using (Python or R or SQL), whether from university, internships, or a professional setting.
* Is comfortable handling numbers and can interpret patterns, trends, and correlations.
* Loves problem-solving and takes initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Can communicate ideas clearly to a range of audiences—whether through reports, presentations, or informal discussions.
* Is eager to learn and grow within a role that will develop both analytical and strategic skills.
