Ask us about flexible working options to fit with your work/life balance - HappytoTalkFlexible The Role This is an exciting opportunity supporting the delivery and development of the Council s Housing Options service; providing technical expertise, ensuring efficient processes and effective management of a wide range of functions from homelessness, housing register, temporary accommodation, casework and income recovery. A varied and challenging role with great potential to develop your experience and skill set. Working across a wide range of teams, you will identify and support opportunities to enhance the services through improved processes and close collaborative working across Community Housing Services and other partners, building a positive contribution to improving housing access and homelessness prevention. About You As the Data Access and Performance officer you will h ave a wide and varied skill set backed with a knowledge and understanding of housing access and homelessness issues and a strong capacity to apply your transferrable skills to a wide variety of tasks and projects. You will be experienced in working effectively with others as part of a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish effective working and deliver a range of projects and ongoing activity to deadline. You will be effective in developing projects, influencing and negotiating opportunities for service development, whilst being highly organised to ensure compliance with and legal or organisational requirements. You will have a high competency with ICT skills and experience including data base management, being highly numerate and able to effectively extract and present complex data for management purposes.
