Summary:
Nijhuis Saur Industries are one of the UKs leading Water Hygiene/Treatment Companies. We provide cooling tower engineering and environmental solutions across the UK.
We have an opportunity for an additional Water Hygiene Engineer to work on a variety of different client sites to assist in the monitoring and maintenance of domestic water systems.
The role is a permanent position, covering the South of England. Working hours are dependent on the job, predominantly working Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Temperature monitoring in line with ACOP L8/HSG 274 Control Regimes
* Water sampling, in readiness for laboratory analysis
* CWST Clean & Disinfections
* CWST & Water Heater inspections & surveys
* Plumbing remedial works, dependent on experience & qualifications
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years water hygiene experience
* Ability to complete paperwork & make recommendations from Service Visits
* A keenness to progress and take on additional training
* NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (not essential)
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Full driving licence
* Be able to pass an enhanced DBS
Working for us means:
* The salary is between £26,000 & £38,000 per year, depending on your professional experience
* Overtime - 1.5 x Mon to Sat. 2 x Sunday
* Holidays - 25 days + statutory holidays

* Probationary Period – 6 months.
* Pension – Can join immediately or auto enrolled after 3 months - Employee 5% and Employer 5% via salary sacrifice.
* Eligible to join Private Healthcare after successfully completing probation.
* Enrolled in Group Income Protection and Death in Service (4 x basic salary) upon commencement of employment.
* Notice – 1 week during probation, increasing to 1 month thereafter.
