As part of this role, you'll be responsible for managing up to six of our licensee accounts including the delivery of their store growth and driving profitable sales growth within their portfolio. As our business manager you'll oversee driving the operational excellence and product quality to make sure that our licensees are delivering best in service customer experience. This role will be a field based role with nationwide travel but we're ideally looking for someone with a base in the south of England. We'll look to you to bring your experience in account management, ideally within a franchised/licensed environment within retail or hospitality. You'll be a strong relationship builder at all operational levels, with the ability to share best practice and tailoring your approach to best suit the needs of the licensee. You'll have strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities using financial insight. As our business manager you'll have excellent customer focus and the understanding around what positive impact this has on sales growth. We're looking for someone who loves to work cross-functionally and has the ability to operate across different levels of the business with the ability to influence. The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same Working as our business manager, you'll get involved in: - Being the principle relationship liaison for the relevant licensee counterpart - Owning the delivery across all KPIs for your licensee accounts with a key focus on delivering OI for the brand, new store targets and customer experience - Driving your licensees to deliver Joint Business Planning initiatives - Building clear commercial understanding of your licensees using key financial tools - Managing business planning process for your accounts and tailoring your approach to better meet the needs of the licensee and the brand, within this driving their understanding of competitor activity and the wider competitive landscape across licensing - Creating new store growth strategy with licensees through market mapping.
