The Ealing Mental Health Support Teams are looking for qualified or about to qualify Educational Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP) to apply for this Agenda for Change B 5 permanent roles.

The successful candidates will be joining a friendly, supportive and enthusiastic team working at schools and in collaboration with the local CAMHS and Neurodevelopmental Teams.
If successful, in addition to our trust's induction, you will be provided with comprehensive local introduction to the role. You will have weekly supervision by an experienced supervisor and ongoing, easily accessible, support with clinical matters as they arise.
In addition, within the Ealing MHST, there is a strong peer support structure and buddy system available to all new starters.
We are committed to the continuous professional and skills development of our team members and are developing robust progression pathways for established agenda for change Band 5 clinicians to progress to senior practitioner roles.

Main duties of the job
The main focus of this role is to deliver evidence-based brief interventions to children and young people presenting with mild to moderate mental health difficulties. As part of our core offer to schools, we also work with groups of children, young people, parents, and teachers raising awareness of common mental health difficulties and any available support.
