Yorkare Homes are looking for a York/Leeds Area Manager
Award winning care provider Yorkare Homes are recruiting an area manager. The family run company, which provides residential and dementia care at 9 locations, have won three Best New Care Homes in the UK awards and also received numerous Outstanding ratings by CQC. The company aims to provide outstanding care in a luxury environment.
The role will be to assist the Operations Director and Registered Managers in running the care homes (located in the York/Leeds area), commission new care homes, develop current and future Registered Managers, maintain quality through audit and strive to improve the care for our residents.
Person must have a strong work ethic, high standards and care home management experience. Regional manager experience isn’t essential.
