What will the HR Business Partner role involve
* Early Careers Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process for graduate intake and apprentices, including campus outreach, application reviews, and interview scheduling.
* Program Management: Support the coordination of graduate and apprenticeship programs, working with departments to ensure a seamless experience for candidates from recruitment through qualification.
* Career Development: Guide and support trainees through their development journey, providing advice on rotations, skills enhancement, and networking opportunities.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal teams, educational institutions, and external partners to attract diverse, high-quality candidates and enhance the firm's reputation in early careers recruitment.

Suitable Candidate for the HR Business Partner vacancy
